Dave Brown comes to the ring and introduces Jerry Lynn.

Lynn says that he has heard the challenge that Bradley put out there. Lynn said
he trusted Bradley as a friend and training partner when he came back to the USWA.
He respected him for being the first ever X-Division champion, and never 
thought in a million years he would come back to try and take away his X-title, but
if thats the game that he wants to play, then Jerry Lynn is up for the challenge
and he accepts his challenge for a match at Halloween Havoc!
