Dusty Rhodes talks about his victoy, Bigelow, and more
Dusty comes out and says that last night goes to show that the new young lions
can't always beat a legend. CM Punk won't be back until October, and Vampiro's
injury will keep him on the shelf longer than expected. So the path is open
for a big match with Raven, and once he beats Raven he has dreams of winning
that USWA title! Raven comes out and says that his Triangle of Terror is not
totally destroyed, and tomorrow night in Louisville he will have to defeat
Vic Grimes. Grimes comes out and tells Dusty that he might be worried about
tomorrow but tonight The Triple Threat is going to do them a favor and he'll
be taking on Bigelow in the Main Event.

Hardcore Brawl with Bigelow getting a HUGE win over Dusty tonight in Knoxville.
Bigelow said after the match that this was a statement from the triple threat,
and that they will soon be back in the picture in the USWA. After the match
the Threat came out and beat the hell out of Dusty, then Raven and Grimes
came out to continue the beating until finally Paul London, and Cabana came
out to make the save. Dusty was a bloody mess and tomorrow he's taking on
Vic Grimes.
Card rating: ***
Match observations:
Notes from Backstage
Decent showing in a debut in Knoxville. Dusty got a beatdown from both the
New Church members and the Triple Threat. It's obvious Dusty is the man to
beat in the USWA, and most people fear him.
