Sabu and Brian Christopher defeated The Triple Threat (Jeff Jarrett and Shane Douglas) when Christopher pinned Jarrett with the Tennessee Jam in 0:16:02. Rating: *** 1/2 Sabu is ALSO back in the USWA and teamed up with the newly resigned Brian Christopher. Word going around is next Friday Brian is going to announce Sabu as his regular partner and will be going after tag team gold. Low-Ki defeated Ultimo Dragon by countout in 0:13:36. Rating: *** (Tom Carter no-showed.) Altar Boy Luke pinned Vic Grimes after the Running Forearm Smash in 0:10:18. Rating: ** 1/4 [Alexis Laree and Jim Mitchell interfered against Altar Boy Luke.] (Paul London no-showed.) Steve Corino and Jerry Lynn defeated The Can-Am Express (Doug Furnas and Phil LaFon) when Lynn pinned Furnas after a German suplex in 0:11:37. Rating: ** 1/2 (Steve Corino and Jerry Lynn retained the USWA Tag Team Titles.) The titles were defended by Cornio and Lynn tonight against the team of Furnas and Lafon. We heard Furnas say desperate times called for desperate measures, but we will find out more about that next week. Jun Akiyama defeated AJ Styles when AJ Styles passed out in a guillotine choke in 0:06:55. Rating: **** Akiyama makes AJ Pass out with his guillotine choke in the ring.
