The Sandman pinned Homicide with the White Russian Legsweep in 0:07:55.

Sandman gets a win over the young lion homicide. Sandman will make it to the 2nd
round of the tournament

[Round 1]:
AJ Styles pinned Paul London with the Styles Clash in 0:07:12.

These two young lions have been going at it with eachother since the beginning
of the USWA. A lifelong feud the size of Jarrett and Lawler has been started. 
AJ Styles once again beats london to make it to the next round.

[Round 1]:
Shane Douglas pinned Taz with the Franchiser in 0:13:14.
Rating: * 1/2

A HUGE win for Shane Douglas, as he beats off all of team taz to make it to
the next round. Taz is the number one contender to the Heavyweight title,
so he shouldn;t worry about this match.

[Semi-Finals]:
The Sandman pinned Phil LaFon with the White Russian Legsweep in 0:05:24.

Sandman gets past Lafon to make it to the finals. 

[Semi-Finals]:
AJ Styles pinned Shane Douglas with the Styles Clash in 0:08:51.

AJ STYLES beats Douglas and gets into the finals. Shane was going crazy when
he woke up from the Styles clash. Once again he gets robbed!

[Finals]: Match for the vacant USWA United States Title:
The Sandman pinned AJ Styles with the White Russian Legsweep in 0:02:55.

(The Sandman won the USWA United States Title.)

AND THE NEW US CHAMPION IS THE SANDMAN! The fans went crazy when Sandman gets
a quick win over A.J. Styles! Shane Douglas came out and helped the Sandman
get past AJ Styles.  Shane was not happy at all about Styles getting past
him in the semi finals. The Sandman TAKES THE GOLD.

"Notes from the inside"

it's been a crazy week in the USWA. Both Wolfie D and Ken Shamrock leave the
company with no notice, and vacate their respective belts. Tonight we crowned
a new US champion and The Sandman is the man! Wolfie D was supposed to defend
his heavyweight title against TAZ on television this week, but right after
last weeks show he QUIT! Ted Dibiase has some real decisions to make for
the show this week.
